15-1-1006. (Temporary) Homeowner's tax payment -- limitations. (1) Only one claimant per household is entitled to a payment in a claim period.
     (2) A claim is not allowed for an owner-occupied residence that is not subject to property taxes in Montana during the claim period. (Terminates December 31, 1996--sec. 15, Ch. 574, L. 1995.)
