15-30-160. (Temporary) Deposit of deductible contributions. (1) All money received under 15-30-159 must be deposited in the Montana drug abuse resistance education trust fund account established in 44-2-701.
     (2) The department shall immediately forward for deposit in the Montana drug abuse resistance education trust fund account all checks and other orders of payment made as contributions under 15-30-159. The department may not make deductions for administrative expenses in the handling of direct payments to the Montana drug abuse resistance education program.
