17-2-121. Deposits by insurance commissioner. All fees, miscellaneous and examination charges, fines, penalties, and those amounts received pursuant to 33-2-311, 33-2-705, or 33-2-706, collected by the insurance commissioner pursuant to Title 33 and the rules adopted thereunder must be deposited in the general fund.
