17-3-231. Flood Control Act -- distribution of revenues to counties. All moneys received or hereafter to be received by the state from the secretary of the treasury of the United States, under and by virtue of the Flood Control Act of 1954, under 33 U.S.C.A. 701c-3, shall be distributed by the state to the county treasurers of the counties of the state wherein the flood control land is situated.
