18-8-106. Restriction on former employees. A principal or officer of a consulting firm or an individual who offers to perform a consulting service for a state agency and who has been employed by the agency or by another state agency at any time during the 2 years preceding the making of the offer shall disclose in the offer the nature of the previous employment with the agency or the other state agency and the date of termination of the employment.
