20-26-1104. Student loan advisory council -- duties. The council shall:
     (1) advise the board on policies, rules, and procedures necessary for accomplishing the provisions of this part;
     (2) make recommendations to the board concerning the designation of a corporation;
     (3) monitor the corporation to assure that both the students and lenders are adequately served; and
     (4) advise on the adequacy and proper execution of any contracts entered into between the board and the corporation.
