20-3-108. Division of resources and assessment account. There is a resources and assessment account in the state special revenue fund. Funds derived from the sale of educational materials or services provided by the division of resources and assessment shall be deposited in the resources and assessment account. In addition to other available funds, the superintendent of public instruction shall use these funds for the operation and maintenance of the division of resources and assessment as authorized by 20-3-106.
