20-7-510. Motorcycle safety promotion. In cooperation with other state, local government, and private agencies, the department of justice and the superintendent of public instruction are encouraged to promote safety and awareness in the use and operation of motorcycles through action appropriate to the agencies' purposes and goals, including advertising and encouraging motorcycle safety training.
