23-2-712. Application for registration. Each year on or before October 1, every operator of a passenger tramway shall apply to the board, on forms prepared by it, for registration of the passenger tramways owned, operated, or managed by him. The application shall contain such information as the board may reasonably require in order for it to determine whether the passenger tramways sought to be registered comply with the intent of this part as specified in 23-2-701 and the rules promulgated by the board pursuant to 23-2-721.
