23-2-725. Judicial review. Any order of the board adverse to an operator may be appealed by the operator to the district court of the district wherein is located his passenger tramway which is the subject of such order, and said district court shall conduct a proceeding, de novo, and the decision of the district court shall be subject to appeal to the supreme court of Montana, as in civil cases.
