23-2-823. Off-highway vehicle safety education training program . (1) There is an off-highway vehicle safety education training program. The department of fish, wildlife, and parks shall coordinate the program as funds are available.
     (2) The department of justice shall transfer to the department of fish, wildlife, and parks all money available for the program under 23 U.S.C. 402.
     (3) There is an account in the federal special revenue fund in which all money received for the administration of the off-highway vehicle safety education training program must be deposited.
