3-6-204. Disqualification -- judge pro tem. When a judge of a municipal court has been disqualified or is sick or unable to act, he shall call in some practicing attorney of the county in which his court is located, who shall be judge pro tem with the same powers for the purposes of the cause as the judge of the court.
