32-1-462. Persons previously convicted under banking laws -- bank employment. It shall be unlawful for anyone having been convicted of the violations of the banking laws of any state or nation to accept employment in a bank in this state without first stating said facts to the directors of said bank. No such person shall be employed in any bank without the approval of the department, granted in writing after a full consideration of the facts.
