33-2-704. Insured lives reporting requirement. On or before February 15 of each year, each insurer providing disability insurance shall, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, report the number of Montana residents insured on February 1 under any policy of individual or group disability insurance, including excess of loss or stop loss insurance policies covering disability insurance.
