35-21-415. Selling for resale at profit -- misdemeanor. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to sell or offer to sell a mausoleum-columbarium plot upon the promise, representation, or inducement of resale at a financial profit. Each person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
