35-21-603. Investment of funds -- use of income. The principal of all funds for endowment care shall be invested, from time to time reinvested, and kept invested, and the income earned shall be used solely for the general care, maintenance, and embellishment of the mausoleum or columbarium or both and the grounds in which they are situated and shall be applied in such manner as the mausoleum-columbarium authority may from time to time determine to be for the best interest of the mausoleum-columbarium.
