35-21-617. Endowment care mausoleum or columbarium -- sign required. Each mausoleum-columbarium authority operating an endowment care mausoleum or columbarium shall post in a conspicuous place in its office or offices where sales are conducted and in a conspicuous place at or near the entrance of the mausoleum or columbarium or its administration building and readily accessible to the public a legible sign with the following phrase: "This is an endowment care property".
