37-19-306. Annual renewal of mortician's license -- fee -- suspension for nonrenewal. (1) The annual license fee for a mortician's license must be postmarked on or before the date set by department rule. The amount of the annual renewal fee must be set by the board.
     (2) Failure to pay the annual renewal fee results in automatic suspension of the license. The license may be reinstated by the payment of unpaid renewal fees plus a penalty prescribed by the board.
