37-3-211. Executive secretary. To perform the services provided for in 37-3-203(5), the department shall hire a person selected by the board who:
     (1) is a citizen of the United States;
     (2) is of good moral character; and
     (3) holds at least a postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university or has equivalent experience. The degree or experience need not be in the field of medicine.
