37-41-211. Denial, suspension, or revocation of license. The department may deny, suspend, or revoke a license for noncompliance with this chapter or rules adopted by the department. Upon denial, suspension, or revocation, the applicant or licensee may request a hearing within 30 days after receipt of a written notice of the department's action. The hearing must be held before the board and in accordance with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
