37-47-314. (Temporary) License for previously licensed guide. The board shall issue a guide's license to an applicant who meets the following qualifications as of July 1, 1995:
     (1) previous licensure as a guide in this state and practice as a guide for at least one season, as defined by board rule;
     (2) payment of a license fee; and
     (3) submission of a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation card, a first-aid card, or an equivalent card issued by a board-approved certifying agency. (Terminates October 1, 1996--sec. 26, Ch. 328, L. 1995.)
