41-3-1009. Assignment of cases for review. Within 10 days of entry of the order of disposition or within 30 days of placement, whichever comes first, the district court shall assign the case of each child in foster care to a local citizen review board and forward to the board a copy of the petition and the order of disposition for each child who is within the jurisdiction of the district court and who has been placed in foster care.
