41-3-1104. Aftercare facilities. The department of corrections may establish, maintain, and administer youth correctional facilities, evaluation facilities, mental health facilities and services, aftercare programs, and aftercare facilities for the care, custody, and treatment of youth who have been committed to the department of corrections.
