50-17-113. Voluntary release. (1) If the person in charge of the hospital and the department or local board that requested commitment concur that a person either does not have tuberculosis or has submitted to an approved course of treatment, the person shall be released from the hospital.
     (2) The person in charge of the hospital shall file a notice of date of release with the court that ordered commitment.
