50-70-110. Hearings officer. The board may designate the director of environmental quality as the hearings officer at any hearing set by the board and authorize the director to make rulings on evidence and conduct the hearing. The board or the director of environmental quality as hearings officer may compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of evidence at hearings.
