52-2-401. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Agency" includes a person not related by blood or marriage to a minor child to be adopted.
     (2) "Department" means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201.
     (3) "Person" includes any individual, partnership, voluntary association, or corporation.
