53-4-609. Categorical eligibility for other assistance. All recipients of aid to families with dependent children under a component of the FAIM project are categorically eligible for food stamp benefits and the low-income energy assistance program, regardless of whether they would otherwise meet all the eligibility requirements for those programs, unless otherwise prohibited by federal law.
