53-4-702. Definitions. As used in this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Aid to families with dependent children" has the same meaning as provided in 53-4-201.
     (2) "Department" means the department of public health and humna services provided for in 2-15-2201.
     (3) "FAIM project" means the families achieving independence in Montana project as established in 53-4-601.
     (4) "Family Support Act of 1988" means the federal Family Support Act of 1988, Public Law 100-485, as amended.
     (5) "JOBS program" or "program" means the job opportunities and basic skills training program established in 53-4-703.
