61-1-102. Motor vehicle. "Motor vehicle" means a vehicle propelled by its own power and designed primarily to transport persons or property upon the highways of the state, except that for the purpose of chapter 3, the term also includes trailers, semitrailers, and housetrailers. For the purpose of chapter 3, parts 1 and 2, the term also includes campers. The term does not include a bicycle as defined in 61-1-123.
