69-14-604. Procedure to order construction of crossing. Whenever any board of county commissioners shall order the construction of any railroad crossing, said board shall enter an order upon its minutes, specifying the place of such crossing. A copy of said order shall be served upon the railroad company, and a copy shall also be immediately mailed to the public service commission. Service of said order may be made upon the railroad company by delivering such copy to any station agent employed in connection with the operation of said railroad in said county.
