69-3-806. Prohibition against cross-subsidization. (1) No provider of regulated telecommunications service may use current revenues earned or expenses incurred in conjunction with services subject to regulation under this chapter to subsidize services which are not regulated or are not tariffed. Expenses incurred in conjunction with services not regulated or not tariffed under this chapter may not be attributed to services which are subject to regulation for any reason.
(2) Nothing in this section is to be construed to effect the regulatory treatment of revenues, expenses, and investment for telephone directory services currently authorized under this title.
