7-14-4626. Limitation on power of eminent domain. (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of 7-14-4622(2), no property of a state public body may be acquired without its consent.
     (2) No existing parking facility shall be acquired by the exercise of the power of eminent domain by a commission or the city except after public hearing following notice of the date, time, place, and purpose of such hearing published once not less than 10 or more than 20 days prior to the date of such hearing.
