7-16-2303. (Temporary) Qualifications of park commissioners. The persons appointed must have the same qualifications for the office of park commissioner as are required by 7-4-2201, for the office of county commissioner. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
