7-16-2307. (Temporary) Oath of office. Before entering upon the discharge of his duties, each park commissioner shall take and subscribe to the oath provided by 2-16-211. The oath shall be filed in the office of the county clerk and recorder. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
