7-16-2311. (Temporary) Evidentiary effect of park board minutes. The minutes of said meeting in said record book, when approved by the board, shall be prima facie evidence of the matters and things there recited in any court in this state. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
