7-16-4301. (Temporary) Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Winter work committee" is a local committee appointed to effect the program.
     (2) "Winter work program" means a program to promote and encourage the accomplishment of work that would alleviate the rolls of the unemployed during the winter months. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
