7-16-4309. (Temporary) Filing and use of committee minutes. Minutes of the meetings of the committee shall be filed by the secretary of the committee with the mayor of the municipality, who shall keep them as other public records. Members of the legislature may use these minutes to determine the employment problems of the municipalities involved. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
