7-2-2256. Publication by posting of notice. Whenever in this part publication of any notice is provided for and no newspaper of general circulation is published within the territory in which said notice is required to be published, notice shall be given by posting copies of such notice in at least 10 public places in such territory for the same length of time said notice was required to be published.
