7-2-2317. Conduct of election. The polls must be opened and closed, the voting done, the ballots counted, returns made to the board of county commissioners, and all other matters connected with said election carried on and conducted in accordance with and as provided by the general election laws of this state. Any person who from any cause is unable to write may have one of the judges in the presence of another judge write his choice on the ballot.
