7-21-3405. (Temporary) Compensation of county fair commissioners. (1) Each member of the commission is entitled to a salary of $25 a year as compensation for his services. If the secretary of the county fair commission is a member of the commission, then his salary shall be fixed by the commission in lieu of the salary of $25 a year.
(2) In addition to the salary provided by subsection (1), each commissioner may be allowed his actual and necessary expenses while fulfilling the duties of his office. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
