7-21-3456. Meeting on county fair and civic center budgets. The board of county commissioners shall meet with the members of the joint fair and civic center commission before the third week of July of each year to jointly consider the budget proposed by the county fair commission or joint fair and civic center commission and authorize approval or suggest such amendments or modifications as the county commissioners think proper and desirable.
