7-22-2401. Definitions. In this part the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Board" means the mosquito control board for any district created under this part.
     (2) "Commissioners" means the board of county commissioners of any county.
     (3) "District" means any mosquito control district created under the provisions of this part.
     (4) "Mosquito" means any insect belonging to the family Culicidae of the order Diptera.
     (5) "Mosquito pest" means any group of mosquitoes which annoy man or his domestic animals or transmit any disease of man or of his domestic animals.
