7-4-2514. Filing required to receive salary. The board of county commissioners must not order the payment of the salary of any such officer until he has filed the duplicate receipt with the county clerk, properly signed by the treasurer, showing that he has made the statement and settlement for that month, required in this part, and filed the report prescribed in 7-6-2213.
