7-6-2101. Procedure if county treasurer dies in office. (1) In case of the death of any county treasurer, his legal representatives must deliver up all official money, books, accounts, papers, and documents which come into their possession.
     (2) No percentage must be allowed to the treasurer on any money received by him from the legal representative of such predecessor.
