7-6-2536. Use of proceeds from additional mill levy. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), if authorized, the money raised by the additional levy shall be used only for that specific purpose provided for in 7-6-2532.
     (2) If any balance remains on hand after the purpose for which the levy was made has been accomplished, the balance may by vote of the governing body be transferred to any other fund of the county.
