7-6-4202. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) The term "clerk" means the clerk of the city.
     (2) The term "council" means the city council or city commission.
     (3) The term "municipal corporation" or "municipality" means the city.
     (4) The term "treasurer" means the city treasurer.
