75-10-434. Deposit of hazardous waste management fees. (1) There must be credited to an account within the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102:
     (a) all fees collected under 75-10-432; and
     (b) all fees collected under 75-10-433, except fees paid to a county.
     (2) Money in the account may be used by the department only for the administration of the hazardous waste provisions of this part.
