75-20-302. Conditions imposed. (1) If the board determines that the location of all or a part of the proposed facility should be modified, it may condition its certificate upon the modification, provided that the persons residing in the area affected by the modification have been given reasonable notice of the modification.
     (2) In making its findings under 75-20-301(2)(a) for a facility defined in 75-20-104(8)(a)(i), the board may condition a certificate upon actual load growth reaching a specified level or on availability of other planned energy resources.
