85-2-409. (Temporary) Temporary change validity -- limitations. All temporary changes authorized under 85-2-408 entered into prior to June 30, 2005, remain valid until the expiration date of the temporary change. A temporary change authorized under 85-2-408 may not be renewed or otherwise extended after June 30, 2005. (Terminates June 30, 2005--sec. 6, Ch. 322, L. 1995.)
