15-10-205. Approval and copies of resolution or ordinance. The resolution or ordinance approved in the manner provided for in this part must be forwarded to the county treasurer and the department. Millage in excess of the department's certified millage may not be levied until the resolution or ordinance to levy required in 15-10-204 is approved by the governing board of the taxing authority and submitted to the department.
